At Ample Medical, we understand that the pharmacies and healthcare providers we serve depend on reliable fulfillment, accurate orders, and transparent terms. The information below outlines how we operate so you can plan accordingly.

Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on all eligible orders over $250.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier but generally fall within 3–7 business days for standard ground service.

Ample Medical ships via reputable national carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Insulin & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Insulin and other temperature-sensitive items require special handling. These products may ship separately from the remainder of your order and via a different shipping method at Ample Medical's discretion. Cold-chain packaging including ice packs and insulated crating is used to maintain product integrity in transit.

Minimum insulin order: 6 vials, any combination. Additional shipping charges may apply for cold-chain shipments.

Pricing

Products and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pricing displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price honored for that transaction. All products are available while supplies last. Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

Exemptions Perishable and temperature-sensitive products — including insulin and other cold-chain items — are not eligible for return due to the nature of the goods.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or for reasons not attributable to our error.

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. 

Exchanges We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us and ship your item to the address below.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
